(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if there are sufficient grounds and reason to suspect that a person is abusing the service or using the service illegally, after completing the process of the prevailing law, from sunrise to sunset, without prior notice, the authorized employee of the licensed organization shall Can enter the house.
(3) According to sub-sections (1) and (2), the employee who enters the house shall not cause any damage to any property of the owner of the house.
(4) According to sub-sections (1) and (2), if it is found that the employee who enters the house has caused damage to any property of the house owner, the relevant licensed organization shall compensate such house owner as prescribed.
